The Malaysian Prosperous Environment Organisation (Formerly known as the Prosperous Environment Group) (GRASS) was established in 2015 with a vision that religion and belief are key elements in the care of the environment. As a non-governmental organization (NGO), we have focused on providing environmental education through workshops, eco-therapy, and religious education. We are also open to the general public and give priority to the youth as we are aware that they are future leaders who will lead in environmental change.

You must be asking, why religious education? We apply religious education because we are aware of the situation where the community is still not aware of the care of the environment as one of the important things in their religion. We hope to change that sentiment and apply it to the best of our ability!

We also welcome all forms of collaboration with other non-governmental organizations, government bodies, public and private universities with similar directions to participate in our workshops in the future. We also intend to further expand our efforts in this environmental-related work at the level of grassroots leaders, schools and the public because together, we can make significant changes even when starting on a small scale.
